1) The Zillow listing said it had an oven, but there wasn't one when I toured. On the tour, they told me this was because they "copy-pasted" the listing's description from another unit.2) I constantly told them I wanted a Sept 1 (or later) move-in, which worked well considering the last tenant had already paid until the end of August. However, they kept trying to convince me over the phone to start my lease Aug 15 or 1, despite the fact I kept telling them no. Every time I said no, they kept pushing, even going on a 5 minute monologue at one point.3) The Zillow listing & tour guide told me I could have pets in the unit, and I expressed interest in getting one. However, the lease agreement they sent said "no pets under any circumstances". When I asked them to revise the lease agreement to reflect the Zillow listing / the tour guide's information, they immediately cut contact with me.

Steve walked with us, heard us, fought for us, helped us get through open houses with our 4 little kids and had our backs at every turn on our 1.5+ year adventure to sell our first home and find our new one. We are not the easiest clients but Steve had patience with us and found a needle in the haystack on both the selling and buying side. Can't recommend enough, where is that sixth star anyways...

I have worked with Steve on two occasions: first to purchase a condo and then on a single-family home and in both of these, Steve was an invaluable guide through the process. He is able to critically evaluate each of the places we saw together and was a strong advocate on our behalf in the closing processes. Highly recommend!

Steve is very responsible and easy to work with. We bought two properties with him. He follows up after each conversation or visit and never leave me guessing what’s next. He is one of the most efficient agents I have worked with. If you have any concerns or questions, he listens carefully and delivers the message to the selling side.

Steve is a consummate professional who knows the Cambridge real estate market better than anyone else. I would never use anyone else in the Cambridge area. We first tried our hand with a different supposedly well-reputed agency, but we were handed off to second-rate teams and bounced around a massive infrastructure. Working with Steve was the exact opposite experience. His team works efficiently and quickly, he is tapped into a massive network where we got offers even before it went on market, and he helped with dealing with a tricky HOA. If you are looking for a realtor, Steve is it. We sold our property fast and well over our expectations all thanks to Steve and his team.
