Kelly is an excellent fitness coach I'm 68 years old and she's able to help me through my stretching and other things that I can't do that I can do now plus she's also helping me get ready for golf season.

She helps make working out fun and has also provided a number of suggestions to help me with varying my workouts and suggestions to adjust my nutrition by adding shakes.
