Even though I got a low ball offer it was good doing business with Wise property and I appreciate them following through with the deal.

This company started sending me weird, unsolicited texts messages asking about my house, but when I informed them that I was not interested, they continued to send me texts over the following days. Feels like harassment.

Our experience was not great or professional. We got a low ball offer from the start. We thought we had an honest buyer. However, they relisted our home, and a week later our property was burglarized. Our furnace and hot water tank stolen. We’ve had this property for 4 years, never burglarized until now. then they came back offering a lower purchase price. Again, not a great or professional experience!

In todays review world, I offer two options; the long & short of it, to hopefully help in your decision to use Wise Property.Synopsis: WOW, super nice & professional. They gave a realistic cash offer based upon market, repairs and most importantly to me MY TIME!If you want the bigger picture or need more of the story: We met in November and did a walk through. I had a number in mind and having sold a house before, knew a bit about the whole process. When I factored my number I took into account:- showings & the TIME/trouble associated with that. You can be told at a moments notice - I'm coming to show your house. you can decline but then you might miss the sale. Drop everything (including cooking dinner), ensure the place is tidy, (sometimes even) get dressed and leave..... I could elaborate but you get the picture. This can also take 4+ months (i know some still waiting after a year) and can't really be done until the repairs happen.- repairs - that was a huge one. Sure if it could be done ourselves but when it can't the contractors, days off to be there for that, just all the cost, drama & TIME.-closing costs. this can be a big number. If you have ever used a good realtor, you know this can be a costly program and can take TIME while waiting for the approval from all the parties involved especially the buyers. Then if your buyer gets rejected it's back to square one!- closing TIME - from the initial offer & acceptance to closing it could have taken 30 days. In our realizing that wasn't enough time due to the holidays they allowed and extended to 60 days. However, that was on us and would have been 30 days.If you've gotten this far, allow me to offer a closing thought. Could we have gotten more money doing all the repairs and enlisting a realtor & going through all the showings, sure probably. HOWEVER, we would be out all the expenses to make the repairs, pay monthly utilities, taxes, mortgage & closing costs and mostly TIME. When you factor in your personal "hourly wage" and HOW MUCH YOUR TIME IS WORTH....did my condo sell for less on paper than my neighbor, yup but did I make more than my neighbor....ABSOLUTELY!
