Joe, TJ and Guilio were so helpful and totally went above and beyond for me. I have health issues that made it to where I got upside down on my mortgage on top of I couldn’t keep up with the house maintenance anymore and they took care of everything. I was so stressed and upset about my situation and they did everything in their power to help me. Even when obstacles kept popping up, they kept coming up with solutions. Not only did they financially get me straitened out but they took the time to talk to me about everything that got me into the situation I was in and they genuinely cared. That’s hard to find in a company these days. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to sell for cash or needs help with their home options. I can’t wait to see how they transform the property!! I was sad to see the house go, but I know it went into great hands. Thank you Wise Property Buyers from the bottom of my heart!!!

I was purchasing a property where TJ Brisbois was the Wholesaler. We had a signed contract and a deposit was put down on the property. They continued to lie to us and then sold the property to another party even though we had it signed and a deposit was put down. I do not recommend working with these guys.
