This place is amazing! I unfortunately got into a problem over thanksgiving with boarding my dog. I called this place and they did not just say “we are booked”. They said let me see what rearranging I can do and I will call you back shortly. They called back in 15 min and said they can do it. I dropped my dog off with no issues. The staff were super friendly and attentive to my dogs needs. They wanted to ensure my dog was taken care of. During his boarding they would periodically send me updates and photos of his stay without me even asking. That goes to show they care a lot about the animals and your business. When I picked my dog up they were very friendly and could not stop talking about my dog. That shows the level of detail they show customers. I live a bit far from this place but I will be using them again. Take your animals here! This place is amazing and definitely affordable! 5 Stars! Less

I love CJ’s! I started taking my puppy there when he was about 10 weeks old. He went through puppy pre school where they helped to expose him to so many new things like grooming tools, crutches, strollers, stairs, and more! I noticed a difference in my puppy’s confidence as he was able to climb up and down the stairs after CJ’s! I love the way CJ’s has a quiet and separate area for new puppies. I felt he was safe and could be socialized gradually. My puppy is now 5 months old and absolutely LOVES playing with other dogs. Thank you CJ’s! Less

First off im a first time boring my fur babies. CJ'S crew is great and understanding how scared i was to leave my babies with anyone but family and close friends. They sent me pics every day and the one day i recieved videos of my babies. Thought it was cute and funny the one young lady gave our youngest one a nickname "Bluie" from a cartoon. They all understood when i called it wasnt them it was just me. I will use them the next time we go on vacation again for sure. I cant THANK THEM ENOUGH for taken great care of our fur babies. Our dogs love to go to daycare at CJ’s. We love the staff. Everyone is so nice. We have been taking our puppy to CJ’s since he was 8 weeks old. They offer a puppy socialization class that is awesome. I wish we would have done this to our other dog that is 2 years old now, because there is a huge difference between the two of them when it comes to being around people and noisy areas. They also offer ala carte grooming services which is nice, because I groom our dogs at home, but I don’t want to pluck our puppy’s ear yet, because I don’t want him to hate me. 😁 Anna, thank you so much for doing Echo’s ears! First time for our boxer Lucy. She was not used being kenneled and really struggled to come out and play, eat etc… The staff really went above and beyond to work with her, demonstrate patience and tried multiple strategies to help Lucy get comfortable with her stay and make sure she was healthy and safe. All the while stayed in touch with us with text messages, pictures and phone calls. Very pleased with the staff’s dedication and professionalism. We highly recommend CJ’s Canine Country Club! We have had excellent experiences with their daycare and grooming, and recently, Beckett spent a week lodging while we were on vacation. The silver package provided all day access to the daycare area and activities so that he could run and play with the other dogs instead of being confined all week. We received daily photos and updates on not only how he was doing but what activities he had been enjoying (swimming pool, sprinkler, playground, etc…). Beckett loved his vacation as much as we did! I have been receiving services from CJ’s since she began her business. Due to a couple reviews I have read, I want to say how fantastic the training we received was and emphasize it takes dedication from the owners to provide repetition to the dog. Every training session is of the utmost importance. I was in shock how quickly my dogs learned everything that was offered in training. Please remember we as the owner, play a huge role in their training. I know we all are very busy yet please don’t blame the trainer, or the dog, as we are the leader and it is ours to own. I hope training goes better for you and your dog. Both of my dogs absolutely love the daycare and boarding services. I have received nothing but assistance, sometimes above the call of duty, and great respect for myself and my dogs from Cynthia and every one of her staff. Thus is my review. I just wanted to say that I brought my puppy up from Florida for CJ's training. She came highly recommended by my breeders in Fla & Ga. I am very glad I did. Now my dog is 1 yr old and showing well in all his classes on and off the leash. I couldn't have asked for a more well behaved companion. Her kennel did just what they said they would do. Thank you CJ for my champion. I also see in your reviews that Mikayla was very unhappy. I"m sorry you feel that way but it sounds like you never followed up with your pup. This is a follow up review to my previous one since I’m unable to respond on there. Yes, we were unable to make our follow up appointments but Alexa knew how limited our schedule was when signing up to begin with. She knew we were only for sure available on sundays and with spending 2,000$ you guys should’ve accommodated our availability. Period. The fact of the matter is, OUR DOG DID NOT SHOW SIGNS OF IMPROVEMENT AT ALL WHEN WE PICKED HER UP. That is our main problem and concern! You had said we broke our contract by not attending our follow up appointments but you broke it first by NOT TRAINING OUR DOG. With all of our positive updates during our stay and train she should’ve listened or did tricks or SOMETHING like she was “trained to do” but she did none of that when we picked her up, in front of us or the trainer! Period. And she’s shown no signs of improvement at home either, in fact, shes been worse in some ways since she picked up bad behaviors there! Your website lists guaranteed success but we had no success! Where’s the guarantee in that? Since making a public post on Facebook I’ve learned I’m not the only one who feels this way about your facility! I have messages, fb comments, PROOF of how unprofessional you are, how rude you are and how you’ve mistreated the animals in your care! Yes I demanded a refund because your facility did not train my dog and that is what I paid for! You’ve been nothing but rude and unprofessional with this whole situation! I didn’t even call 13 times either so now you’re also lying. What else have you lied about??And I still haven’t gotten a refund! This is the WORST training facility in Findlay! Do NOT board or get your dogs trained here! I’m also curious why you delete your negative reviews on Facebook too? People should know how awful you guys are! Less

Took my 6 month old puppy to do stay and train, spent $2,000 for my puppy to come back home with bad behaviors that she didn’t have before. She was calmer, but seemed to ONLY learn 1 new trick there (which she only does half the time). I emailed and asked for a refund just to be offered more training (the two training sessions that were already included, and not more which she clearly needs). We WONT be coming back, I’d suggest not doing the stay and train unless you like wasting thousands of dollars for your dogs to learn 1 trick. I’d also like to add, they only do 1 hour of one on one training! Which they don’t tell you when you book! The stay and train is 15 or 21 days and you get 1 hour of training? It’s a joke, and I’m still waiting for my refund! Less

I want to give the entire team at CJ’s a great big thank you for everything they did for my sweet girl Stella. My husband and I went away on vacation and Stella stayed at CJ’s country club. I could not have placed your in better hands. The love and compassion they have for our fur babies is amazing. What I really like is how they update you on how your family member is doing. They also sent us pictures of her playing with the other fur babies. Stella got the works… a wonderful room she called her own, individual playtime with one of the girls and then, a wonderful grooming before she came home. Stella was in the best care ever. My Stella will definitely be going back. Less

I needed to take my dog Tucker in for his evaluation so he can go to doggy day care in the future. He was so excited! And when he got home, he was so tired lol I also took my three year old dog Bear in for doggy day care. They always come out so happy and so anxious. My pups love it here!! My golden retriever did board and train- she did amazing! I was a bit nervous about her leaving for a couple weeks, but had pictures and videos with updates everyday. Alexa is amazing! My other pup got to see her when he went to daycare and was boarded over a weekend and he loved it too. There was always something for the puppies to do and they were exhausted when returning home. Would highly recommend to any dog mommas! Less

I just absolutely love CJ's. I have been bringing my dog here since he was a little guy, which was right around when CJ took over the business. It has been amazing to see the improvements and new features CJ has implemented over time. CJ and her pack have always fully cared for my pup like he is their own. I left the area for 3 years and lived in a few different places and never encountered another daycare/overnight care/grooming facility as amazing as this one. It is truly the only place I've ever felt 100% comfortable leaving my dog other than with family or friends. And my dog loves it too!! Thank you CJ & team for all that you do :) Less

Cjs has treated us very well over the last 4 years. They have also been so wonderful and flexible working with our ever changing schedules. Highly recommend. I brought my puppy to CJ’s for an evaluation day to see if it would provide him fun and socialization while I’m at work. Well this was great! The staff seemed to love him, and they provided a report card of his day with pictures. It looked like he had a busy, fun day and made new friends and he came home a very tired pup. We LOVE CJ’s. We first started with puppy training a little over a year ago. Shortly after we had a tragic family event happen and they took the most excellent care of our boy while we were a away. Since then we have added another puppy. Both dogs attend Daycare a few days a week. They LOVE going to “School”. The staff is always so friendly and we know they love our babies as much as we do! We wanted our dog to be groomed, so we made an appointment for a consultation. They were nice and friendly. We were there on a Friday, and we got a grooming appointment for Monday. They called us on Monday that they need to cancel the appointment due to an emergency, because the groomer won't be able to show up at work. They promised me that they will call me back later on that day to put us in for another day. They haven't called since. It has been over a week, and nobody contacted us from CJ's. Too bad..... First off I have to admit I am horrible with remembering names but truly that doesn't matter when it comes to this place. I have dealt with FANTASTIC ladies EVERYTIME I see or call Cj's. We have ran into a Behavioral issue with one of my Canine Furr Babies dealing with his Anxiety with paw touching and Vet visits. I decided to make some phone calls for some help with his issues. Many companies I called wanted to give me the cost of what they charge before saying how they handle the issues at hand. CJ's actually called me back and Listened to the issues, heard how we didn't want to use negative/harmful Punishment to treat this issue. The Ladies truly gave me so much information of names and numbers. Not even at that point and time but also a day later when I took my furrbaby in for Daycare. I left CJ's with more names and numbers for the type of help we need for his Behavioral issues we are facing. Please keep in mind my baby obeys his commands and is such a sweet snuggle boy but has some anxiety for certain surroundings. So within 2 days time, from pure worry about how to handle these issues and now I have appts scheduled with Hope in sight without having to use harmful actions on my baby. I truly adore this crew and how much they love not just my baby but all furrbabies and all the information they have. Not Internet info but personal sticky note findings in their office and Alexis (I hope I have your name correct) gave me helpful hints and names of Pawsible Angel's who will be helping my husband and I learn how to better help our baby with his issues. I want to add that I did not just go with who CJ's knows or deals with I made the phone calls to many places, did some internet research and I chose who listened to the issues and how they can help with the issues. I commend all of you ladies, I appreciate all you do for Both my babies and everytime I drop off my babies, I know they are in Great Care with All of you. My babies smile when I pick them up from CJ's and are exhausted when they come home. Who could ask for more when it comes to Daycare of any sort especially Doggy Daycare. I LOVE CJ'S. Your staff always goes above and beyond and I can't thank you enough for loving my babies as much as we love our babies. 5🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 for each of your staff members. That goes for the crew behind the scene also, which are the staff that I may not see upfront but on the cameras playing with our babies in back or rounding them up for pickup. The Daycare price is so very reasonable and my babies love their play dates. Notice I don't call it daycare because it seems to be play dates with friend in my Canine babies eyes. Hands down the best doggie daycare and boarding service around. Our dog, Bo absolutely loves coming to CJ’s and he receives excellent care. The staff are all very friendly and truly care about the dogs. We use both the doggie daycare and boarding service for him. When boarding, we receive daily pictures and updates, and don’t worry about him when he is there. He also comes home tired because of all the playtime and attention he gets. If you take your dog here, they will LOVE it!! Less

I'm a crazy dog mom, no doubt about that! We took our boy here for lodging and for doggy day care! I was so stressed and worried about him. But CJ's emailed me pictures of him with a report to ease my mind. When I picked my boy up, he was so happy! They truly care about you and your pet! We were looking for a place to board our 1 yr old mixed rescue pup. CJ’s Canine Country Club was recommended to us by someone who used their day care service. A couple of months before we went on vacation we toured the facility to be sure we knew what we were getting. They were very open during the tour and answered all of our questions. We decided to use their services while we went on vacation at the end of July. We were very nervous about leaving her because we had never boarded her before. However, the CJ’s crew were very kind to this nervous dog mom and reassured me that Chloe would be fine and that they would work with our nervous hyper furry daughter. We also asked them to try her in day care at the facility. They reported to us that she was hesitant of daycare at first but they kept her in small groups since she was so nervous around other dogs. I really appreciate the care they took with Chloe and for the reassurance they gave us. They even texted me pictures everyday to show me how well she was doing. The pictures and the updates they sent helped us to relax and enjoy our time at the beach. Thank you to all the staff at CJ’s for taking care of Chloe!!! Less

We kept our 11 month old puppy there for a week while we went on vacation out of town. Good things are that the facility is nice and they send you pictures/updates daily via text message. However, our puppy came home with poop matted badly to his rear/tail area to the point we had to cut off the hair and he also developed kennel cough (diagnosed by vet) right after coming home which resulted in at least a $100 vet bill. Upon contacting the business about our negative/dissatisfied first experience, they did investigate the issues via the staff and notes they keep and they appeared to have a genuine desire to remedy any issues in the future but did not offer any sort of discount as a result of my concerns or further incurred vet cost. I personally feel catching a virus at a communal place like this is an inherent risk but future customers should be aware this is a current problem even though all dogs (including mine) are supposed to be fully vaccinated.
