I deeply enjoyed this retreat and it’s easily one of my favorite trips to date! Lauryn is absolutely amazing at what she does and sets the tone for a truly safe space. So much of what I’ve learned I have implemented into my daily routine and I genuinely felt refreshed overall upon returning home. I am so excited for the next one!!!

Holistifit Meditation’s Anxious to Abundant Retreat was one of the best trips I have ever been on. Lauryn really sets the tone by cultivating a space where women can really thrive! The location, activities, and time is used to its fullest!

Lauryn is very intentional about her practice and her energy alone made me very comfortable. My favorite experience was when she led me and a group of other women in candlelit meditation. The experience was so therapeutic and I would do it again

I was so amazed when I attended my first class that it affirmed my decision on needing HolistiFit to lead at my retreat. Whether needed for private or group sessions I definitely recommend!

The guided meditations are so pleasing it was very professional and helpful. I took her yoga classes as well and can I say that I’ve had an AMAZING time. She encourages us during hard poses she’s an amazing teacher honestly. I’m looking forward for more classes soon !
