Had my 2024 Ram 2500 done this week, when I picked it up it looked better than the day I drove it off the lot. The attention to detail is phenomenal, you could eat off the inner wheel wells. Couldn't be happier with the work done. Brett was a pleasure to work with, great communication and professional. Just a look at the work area speaks volumes, it is like a surgical environment. I would not hesitate to recommend them for detail work and ceramic coating.

Purchased their top of the line “will bring your car back to brand new again” package for an actual brand new SUV that needed an after-winter detail. What we received was a basic cleaning. There was no true detailing done. Was told stains on the seat were due to a car seat they cannot legally remove. I get that but this was on the driver’s seat. The stain on the base of the seat was never there prior to leaving our SUV in their car. They did include a complimentary wash which we appreciate. But, we paid for a cleaning with attention to the details. Every crevice still had dirt and dust. Carpet will need re-swept, stains to seats will need addressed. Owner even stated during call when getting a quote that they clean the headliner. I immediately looked up to find a small stain. Just very overly dissatisfied. Others may get a better job. We won’t be back nor recommend their services.
