ETA Update: My husband and I received calls, texts and emails only after posting this review. So they have been capable of contacting us this whole time but only chose to do so after receiving backlash on social media. Looking elsewhere for help at this point. Been waiting a week since submitting an application for a home loan and can't get any type of communication from them! Submitted our final documents that were needed on 7/2, figured they were closed on 7/3 for the holiday like most other places so didn't expect to hear anything that day. The following Monday comes around (7/6) and we don't hear anything so I sent an email that afternoon asking if they have everything they need or if there are any updates, didn't get a response. Called twice on Tuesday and left a message for a call back, still nothing. Sent another email on Wednesday and texted Greg on the number we originally spoke to him on, no response to either one. It is now Thursday (7/9) and we still have not heard anything when they said the application would take 24-48 hours to process. I understand that things can take longer than expected but why aren't they communicating if that's the problem? It's crazy to me that they got all of our sensitive information (SS#, tax documents, bank statements, etc) and then they went radio silent. We do not recommend using them for a home loan unless you want to waste your time! We don't want to work with somebody when we can't even get basic communication right from the start.
