We live in Allen and we're hit with a hail storm. Unfortunately my truck, my wife's car and our daughter's car were all hit with hail. We took all three of our vehicles here and the customer service and workmanship are top notch. It was a smooth and easy process and all the vehicles were completed in a timely manner. I got two repairs done at VIP Hail Service:1: Following the terrible hail that happened mid-May, I was looking for a place to get the dings and dents repaired that worked with my insurance. The manager Mark is amazing, always replying immediately and taking extremely good care of me and my car during the entire process. My car looked brand new when I went to pick it up.2: My mom's car needed a paint touchup on a car door, which Mark + team was able to handle extremely easily. The turnaround time was so quick as well. Again, looked brand new out of the factory even though the glossy color was hard to replicate!All in all, the repairs were so seamless and easy, without breaking the bank. It was all thanks to Mark and his team, so definitely ask for him if you come to fix all things cars!

What a effortless tasks and awesome experience I had with these guys. I sent pictures via text messages, Mark quickly responded with a price and what was to be expected. Showed up to the appointment dropped the truck off for a couple of hours and picked it up as if there was never damage there to begin with. Still can't believe how awesome they did!!! VIP Hail Service did a fantastic job fixing our car after we sustained hail damage. They were very courteous and professional! Mark the owner was fantastic to work with, he made it a very painless and super easy process. He took care of all the insurance details so all we had to do was drop off our vehicle and he did the rest. The car looked brand new when it was finished. I would highly recommend you use them.
