Brothers Love Carpentry is very professional, detail oriented, and performed quality work. Expectations were exceeded in material they provided, workmanship, coordinating times to meet and discuss any questions either they had, for clarity, or I had, for process. I am considered quite the picky person, usually identifying even minute details, however, during final walkthrough Brother Love identified much more than I expected and had the team correct these very minor details within a day. Communication with all members of the team I interacted with was professional, respectful and courteous. They went above and beyond to ensure there were minimal interruptions to normal household activities, and at times I worked from home during the construction. They were able to continue without excess noise and ensured dust mitigation was effective at all times. I was not sure how to design and complete the fireplace mantle. What they designed and installed hit it out of the park. The wood worker provided an excellent mantle, and the entire fireplace face is beautiful. So, as I rant about the work they performed, they completed a basement for me, making a separate apartment type space with a full kitchen, dining area and living area. Even adding the additional material to aid in sound mitigation in all walls and ceiling. It took me two months to even find someone to install new butcher block countertops at any price, so I was very happy when Brother Grimes told me they could do it. Even though they're very busy, they found time to install my countertops knowing that I was without a functioning kitchen until they were installed. The end result is fantastic! I had an irreplaceable 12 foot solid maple piece that didn't even have a sawblades width of spare wood on it, so even the tiniest mistake in measuring or cutting would have been disastrous. I needn't have worried, the cuts and installation were perfect, and that beautiful countertop will be in use and admired for decades to come. This company is also going to do a fireplace remodeling job which I couldn't find anyone to do until I spoke to them about it.
