I have been associated with Heirloom Athletics for many years now. I recently participated in a 28 day nutrition challenge which was the best money I've spend in a very long time. It opened my eyes to not only the benefits of proper nutrition but also to the other key factors of leading a healthy life style, being active for a minimum of 30 minutes a day every day, proper sleep, and stress management. I'm so happy I joined the challenge and plan to continue this life style moving forward. I feel great, lost some weight, and love the variety of foods I have thrown into my diet. Thank you Heirloom and Coach Angie & Coach Sue. You both made this such an enjoyable experience!
