Very disappointed in this financial institution this place is very rude and unprofessional and lies about everything

I recently took out my second city help loan thru City Credit Union. Both times it was a quick and efficient process.. I am glad they are able to help me with fixing up my old house.

Though I live eighty plus miles from City Credit Union the employees are always eager to help with any request that I have making the distance apart seem trivial

I have been a member for about 25 years. Never had a problem with anything here, staff is always helpful and friendly. Definitely has that small town feeling and friendliness, not the commercial mega bank where nobody cares.
