Okay everyone this will be a long review but please read! My garage door broke on Sunday. I called a couple of other companies the first came out and told me it would be over $800 to repair my door when I told them another company had quoted me 201.00 for 1 spring they called their supervisor and the supervisor dropped his price in half. I had them leave because this screams integrity issues to me. So the second company who gave me the price came out and he told me it was over 800.00 I asked why they quoted me the 205.00 on a recorded line and they told me it was a mistake! By this time I am mad and frustrated so luckily I called Mike’s! From the moment the lady answered the phone I felt like here is a company that operates with INTEGRITY!! She verified what was wrong and told me exactly how much it would be and she could have a technician there in less than 2 hours. My technician was LaDon and from the moment he arrived I knew I was in good hands. Very professional and courteous and fixed my garage door quickly. Then on top of that my Bill was exactly what the lady said it would be. I cannot say how nice it is to find a company that bases its work on professionalism and integrity. I immediately started calling friends and family telling them of my experience. Thank you LaDon and the whole Mike’s organization.
