I attended my first session here today. It’s a great gym and coach Jayden is an extremely knowledgeable, humble and easy going guy. There was no pressure to join, the pricing is very reasonable, especially considering the elite level instruction and training being provided by coach Jayden. This feels like a true martial arts gym. I’m just a beginner but the coach was encouraging, and it was a positive and welcoming environment. I look forward to continuing to train here.Fazil O.

As a 46 y.o. Muay Thai enthusiast, I feel the coaching is engaging and focused, intense and rewarding. The instructors are highly skilled and knowledgeable and the vibe is really motivating and positive regardless of experience level you are bound to get a strong and profoundly effective training experience.

I've been training at Genesis Striking & Fitness doing Muay Thai since August 2025. Jayden and the other coaches have been awesome and are accommodating to everyone's experience and skill level. It's a very stress free environment that still pushes you to your extremes. On top of that, the community is fantastic - everyone is willing to help each other achieve their best.
