We had a great experience working with Jay Morrisey and Units overall. Jay was very helpful and explained all the logistics and details and assisting us as we packed up a 3000 square-foot home and moved our belongings into 3 units for three months as we waited for our new home to be ready. Communication was key. Jay was very patient and willing to deliver and pick up units so that we could coordinate with our movers and getting them delivered timely was key. They were also very helpful in picking up the units once they were emptied so that we could free up space in our driveway. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with Jay again or refer him out to friends and family if there is a need. Jay made the moving process less stressful for us! Thank you!

UNITS was fantastic to work with. They got me my unit same day I requested it. Stored it for me at their site and delivered it to new property quickly when requested. Originally was booking with PODS and they couldn’t guarantee delivery. UNITS came through! I would 100% work with them again and use them over the competitors. Very friendly staff as well.

Jay and Luke at Bolingbrook Units storage are fantastic people to work with! They were responsive, helpful, and just great people to deal with. We were doing an 1800 mile move and crunched for time, they accommodated us in every way, even though they were slammed with business from a large storm affecting the area. Our containers were a little overweight and they let it slide, so grateful! Sadly we no longer live in the area but I would absolutely work with them again if the opportunity ever arose.

Rented a unit for two weeks and the service was exceptional! Jay got me scheduled quick and was quick to respond for pick up.The guy was punctual on the delivery as well as for the pick up.It’s great to work with a company that gets it done when needed.The Unit itself was clean and easy to open and lock. Just wrapped up our 2 weeks with this company and service. Jay and team were fantastic. We didn't need a full month of storage; instead, we needed 1-2 weeks so that we can empty our garage while we recoated our garage floor.The unit was perfect in that it gave us a few days to clear and store the garage "stuff", plus storage time for the week or so after the garage floor project (during which we were supposed to keep the garage floor clean/empty). Less reviews than PODS but better price and exceptional unit quality. Customer service and communication was likewise flawless. Glad I went with UNITS. Highly recommend - and will use again 11 times out of 10 when the opportunity arises. Thank you.

I was having my garage painted and floor professionally epoxied. Found Units and Jay was wonderful at offering options . Only needed storage for 2 weeks and he made it happen !I was very impressed by the machinery Luke used to put unit in place !! I was also able to call Jay and let him know the unit was empty and ready to pickup early if needed. To help facilitate a home project i called every pod/unit vendor within a 60 mile radius. Units provided a larger unit for less money than all the others. My first proposal was in excess of $400.....and my last proposal from Units was $250. Not only was Units the best value, everyone we worked with at Units were professional and friendly, good natured people. Just the type of people you enjoy working with. Great overall experience - from the first call to inquire about how Units works to a year later when we were ready for our Unit to be delivered to our new home for unloading. I had one of these in my driveway for about a year, storing stuff onsite during construction, my stuff stayed clean and dry, no issues, it felt cool and dry inside the container even on hot humid days. They picked up and dropped off as planned. I was impressed how tight of an area they were able to maneuver the container into. Would recommend and use this company again

Jay and Luke were fantastic. When our house purchase fell through last minute after our stuff was all packed upvand we had to start over, they were flexible, calm, and incredibly easy to work with. Their pricing was fair, they offered discounts, delivered quickly, and kept us updated the whole time. My 4-year-old even loved watching the remote-controlled truck do its thing. Way better than our experience with Pods. I’d recommend them a million times over.

Wow! What a great experience. Making the reservation was a breeze. Jay answered the call, gave me a reasonable quote, and quickly got the contract to me. The contract price matched the discounted price quoted. No surprises! I had to change dates, and Jay handled that without a problem, and without jacking around with pricing. I was told the unit would be there today about 9:00am. Sure enough, the driver called at 9:11 and was getting ready to offload the storage unit in my driveway, where requested. Nice and very professional delivery. The unit was clean and in good shape. All-in-all a GREAT EXPERIENCE!
