I’ve had the fortune to deal with Jay, who has acquainted me with the ins and outs of obtaining moving units. He is clear and precise on the procedures of using units for your move. I ran into a few issues dealing with my move from outside sources. Jay was able to accommodate me even though I did not give him a proper time to do so. I completely forgot to tell him when I needed the moving units out of my driveway. The problem was our buyers were moving in with their own units and needed the space that our unit was taking. He took a late call from me the night before. A very busy day for them but Jay made it happen. They came to pick up my unit in the nick of time. Thank you Jay for assisting me with this very stressful move. You moved it along quite elegantly and greatly appreciate your professionalism and service.

Smooth drop off and pick up on both ends of our move. In this age of horrible customer service, it's refreshing when you call a business, the owner picks up straightaway, and you can quickly schedule something or get questions answered. That was our experience with UNITS. Also the machine they use to move the pod is cool. I'd definitely recommend using UNITS over using a self storage place you have to drive to. The price is similar, and you only have to load and unload your stuff once.

Dealing with Tom at UNITS was an absolute ray of sunshine in what was otherwise a very difficult move -- you don't want to hear about it, trust me. Tom answer the phone EVERY time I call. I haven't been put on hold once, he is incredibly organized and on top of things and I have rarely dealt with any company where things went as smoothly as they did. The UNIT was there right one time, BOTH days that I needed them (we had too much stuff and had to order a second UNIT which showed up within hours of requesting it. Both UNITS were spotlessly clean, extremely secure and looked brand new. The delivery was smoother than I would have thought possible, and they were even able to put it in the driveway next to where my sister had parked her car. And the prices for the UNIT, storage, delivery, etc were all extremely reasonable. I'd give them 6 stars if I could!!
