I’ve had the fortune to deal with Jay, who has acquainted me with the ins and outs of obtaining moving units. He is clear and precise on the procedures of using units for your move. I ran into a few issues dealing with my move from outside sources. Jay was able to accommodate me even though I did not give him a proper time to do so. I completely forgot to tell him when I needed the moving units out of my driveway. The problem was our buyers were moving in with their own units and needed the space that our unit was taking. He took a late call from me the night before. A very busy day for them but Jay made it happen. They came to pick up my unit in the nick of time. Thank you Jay for assisting me with this very stressful move. You moved it along quite elegantly and greatly appreciate your professionalism and service.

I could not have been happier with my interaction and service from UNITS, the entire process was excellent. Tom who arranged everything was great, he put my mind at ease and was correct when he said the unit could be placed on a dime. My relatively new driveway was unscathed during delivery (which is fascinating to watch) and the same with pickup. The person who delivered the unit was professional, knowledgeable and friendly.
