Brilliant place no matter what your fitness level. Friends told me CrossFit was for ppl that were nuts and pushed so hard they vomited and really damaged their own body’s. lol. So false.All I hear is good job. Push a little here. Slow down here. Reduce ur weight. Add weight here. Slow down don’t hurt yourself. Great progress.It’s all about the coaches. And they have great coaches

honestly loved every minute of it. The energy in the room was incredible, and the coach was super motivating and supportive throughout the entire session. The atmosphere made it easy to stay focused and give it my all. Definitely feeling accomplished (and a little sore 😅), but I’m already excited to get back for another class!

The class is a great class to take if you are up for a good challenge! The coach was great at explaining the workout and even gave tips throughout the workout. It’s a great way to get a high intensity workout before work. Really enjoyed it and looking forward to my next class!

Great box with a nice coaching staff. I did a couple of drop in wods and enjoyed my visits. Lots of room and plenty of equipment.

Great place to workout and build community. Coaches are tough but very supportive for various types of fitness journeys. Julia, Nick, Angela & Stevie work hard to make this a welcoming and challenging space to achieve workout goals.
