Placed an order, got charged, then immediately got a message saying they canceled my order because there are no drivers and a refund would be issued. Why not see if you have drivers before charging?

Terrible. Ordered. Never arrived. Called and Miguel kept telling me I wouldn't be charged. I couldn't even finish a sentence without him interrupting me. He kept answering questions I wasn't asking and when I told him to stop interrupting so he would understand my question, he continued "here's the thing!" And wouldn't even let me finish. How do you plan on helping your customer if you don't even let them speak a full sentence? Terrible.

Order never arrived, I verified restaurant never received order and too late for me to place another order. Can’t get a response from the food delivery service either. Disappointed we didn’t have dinner tonite! Not Cool!!!

I ordered dinner a few days ago and got a confirmation email right when I placed the order. About an hour and 15 min later, no one had delivered my order and none of the Food Rush phone numbers were being answered. They all said that the owner of the phone number had a voicemail box that hadn’t been set up. So, I called the restaurant and they said they’d never received an order for me. I emailed Wasatch Food Rush several times and called several times, to no avail. So, I’m out $50 (which DID get taken out of my account) and have no way to contact them… I guess maybe they went out of business and just left the website active? I know they were trying to sell it recently. Anyway, don’t order from them!
