Can't recommend this place enough. Over two years ago my son wanted to try JJ and we tried a class at a different studio and my son never wanted to go back. A classmate of his went to WCJJ so we tried a week for free and he absolutely loved it! Coach Rafa is the perfect coach for the kids, he's fun and kind but firm when needed, and walked my son thru life lessons along the way. A year later my then 10 year old needed to stay active and work on confidence so he started JJ and had been doing it almost 1.5 yrs 3x a week. Coach Rafa is so kind and flexible and the other coaches are amazing as well. The pricing is extremely fair, and Coach Rafa clearly love what he does. Hesitant to share bc I feel like I'm in on an awesome secret but this place seriously is the best!

West Coast Jiu Jitsu coaches are amazing! The classes are dynamic, well structured, very welcoming for beginners and the lessons on positive reinforcement on life coaching are amazing! Rafael at West Coast Jiu-jitsu is one of the most welcoming professors out there. All his students are super Talented and polite. My home gym is Groundwork BJJ but I go to their open Mats on Saturdays and all the students welcome us with open arms.

Visiting from out of town and dropped in for a no-gi class. The instructor/owner was so welcoming and friendly! Very clean new gym with textured mats. Excellent instruction and the other students were very warm and helpful :) Definitely check out West Coast Jiu Jitsu!!
