After changing my order at the last minute, the receptionist went out of her way to help me. I almost doubled my order and the cut still went ahead the next day. It was a stressful time for me, as there was constant rain and was not sure if the delivery would be cancelled and all my helpers would not be here on the next delivery window. I found out that they had cut the grass the night before between showers and stored it safely in the shed. Great commitment. If all that wasn't enough the driver Michael turned up on time and went out of his way to put the turf where we needed it, showing years of skills getting to a somewhat awkward position.
