Excellent reformer classes and physio. Really knowledgeable staff and a good mix of varied classes, including tower. Full membership includes a self care appointment which can be used for physio etc. Highly recommended.

I had to book an emergency appointment because my back was in agony. Lulu was amazing. She listened to what I needed pressure wise. Her knowledge showed she had alot of experience. Within 30 mins I was able to sit and walk without pain. I think I found my new favourite place to go to when I need a massage.

SJ & Ollie have worked wonders for my husband! First his ankle with calcification and achillies tendonitis and now shoulder tendonitis and calcification. Cannot recommend them highly enough! Extremely knowledgable and transparent (and also lots of good humour)!
