I had my car dropped off at 3pm, was able to have it repaired within 24h. Had a significant coolant leak leading to transmission overheating (due to the transmission fluid/engine coolant heat exchanger) and it was repaired at a reasonable cost. The mechanic(s) identified other issues (with photos) and provided quotes to repair the defects at very reasonable prices. I had the main issue repaired, and the owner came out and detailed what work had been done and what his team did to address the root cause. I have no negative comments whatsoever, and I especially want to highlight that the shop does good work at very fair prices. Additionally, their text-based system is superb, you can view the diagnostics/vehicle health as they update it, and view estimates from your phone. I see other reviews saying they were behind the ball in this area but as of 2025 they seem to use modernized systems that make it straightforward and simple to use. Rates are reasonable never have any problems with repairs. Needed to fix leaking transmission cooling lines. Car now operating as it should running smooth. The Staff is kind courteous attentive and highly responsive. I have gone to other well known shops in the area and there is no comparison. Because this is a a great Mechanic his shop is always busy.
