CrossFit Boot Camp is fantastic. My coach knows what he’s doing and is motivational, demanding and works with us on proper form to get the most of the work. I enjoy the work and feel the rewards immediately. We’re all aware that we must do anything to get some exercise and at 70 years old, I’m actually doing it. Thank you to Strong Body!

Strongbody keeps me motivated to keep working out. The community is welcoming and fun, and the coaches build great workouts and help you through them based on your ability. I’ve been going for 6 weeks and have already noticed myself getting stronger!

Im new to CrossFit and I couldn’t have picked a better gym to start with. The trainers and community of people are helpful, motivating, and they care about what I’m looking to get out of my workouts. Happy I found a gym that makes me feel included and pushes me to get better daily.

Gym is ok. Some of the equipment is not in great shape but the instructor had good energy and the rest of the participants were supportive and encouraging. Had a trial, but the experience did not convince me to join.

I like that exhausted feeling after a workout. This box provides the routine to build strength and burn calories. 5AM is my class, and it's a fine way to start the day! Lot's of support, equipment, and sweat. Like most things, you get out what you put into it. It's worth the membership.

3 generations of my family continue to enjoy this place for over 2 years, most days of each week. SB provides great variety, supervised by knowledgeable, caring coaches in a family-friendly atmosphere.

Amazing coaching great WOD sizes. I started as a first timer and was quickly made to feel comfortable and the movements were scaled to my ability and have continually been challenged as I’ve increased in ability and strength.

My experience with Strongbody Crossfit has been just wonderful! Started over a year ago and coaching staff, people and everyone have been extremelly helpful and supportive. Great equipment, good music and alot alot of frinedlyness.

Love working out at Strong Body Crossfit. The coaches are great and the owners are fantastic. I have never been disappointed with the work out and training I have received here. The best part of this box is that it's like a big extended family. There are BBQs, crawfish boils, and so many other after hours get together. Love this place and all the friends I have made here.
