If you need an appliance fixed, these are the people to call. I talked to Uretha on the phone a few times and she is so kind and compassionate when I was so stressed out. I really appreciated that. Lamar came to do a diagnostic on my fridge, and while I ended up not fixing it, he was very friendly and honest. I will always call them when I need a repair on anything from now on.
