I wasn’t able to keep my original appointment due to a scheduling conflict and the owner asked if I was available on Sunday. He said that he could come at my convenience and fix my fridge. WOW! He and another technician came over Sunday morning and went right to work. They identified the problem right away once I explained what we were dealing with. They were very professional and knowledgeable about every aspect of my GE fridge. They took great care in taking out the shelving in the fridge so that they had space to work. They repaired my fridge and explained everything they did. I was more than pleased with the professionalism, courtesy and promptness. They showed up exactly when they said they would. I received a text to let me know they were on their way and when they arrived.
