Just had displeasure of speaking with the owners wife…I spoke with the owner Lamar a few days ago and hubby and I said we wld call back after we got a few quotes…when I spoke to Lamar he was absolutely everything his ratings say, however his wife was a different story…I simply asked her if she could give an price range typically for something like this…she stated that she just answered the phones, so I asked if she cld have someone give me a call that could provide more information. She was just combative for no reason because she was flustered cause she couldn’t answer a simple question. She then got smart and was like I’m not gonna just make something up…I asked her did I give her any indication that I wanted her to? She was like no…so what was your point? I was just simply looking to have my washer serviced…also as a VETERAN family ourselves…my dad served in the marines for 10 years…I was ecstatic about supporting a VET! She recommended that I use a different service…was totally thrown back by that…but as u wish! Less
