First time visit today and I’m feeling thankful I live in Guelph, to be a patient at this wonderful place !!Staff were 12/10 friendly, educational and helpful. Process was 12/10 smooth, from initial inquiry to final appointments. Office is 12/10 beautiful and functional !! If you’re looking for a Dentist in Guelph I would HIGHLY recommend the Hanlon Creek Dental team. I’d give 6 stars if I could!!

I’ve been meaning to write this review for a while, and I’m glad I finally got to it. My visit to Hanlon Creek Dental was genuinely one of the best dental experiences I’ve ever had.From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly friendly. I was assisted by two different dental hygienists on separate visits, and both of them were so personable and attentive that each appointment felt easy and comfortable.Dr. Sandra Gerlich did my filling, and she is exceptionally skilled. I absolutely hate needles (especially in my mouth lol) but with her, I barely felt anything. She made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure and included me in every step, asking how the filling felt and whether anything was uncomfortable. I never felt rushed or brushed aside, which is something I’ve experienced elsewhere. At other offices I often leave with that gritty texture after a filling, I'm always told it “goes away in a day or two,” but never really does. Here, the final result was exceptionally smooth and clearly done with care.Thank you to Dr. Gerlich and the entire team for such a fantastic experience! :)

Wow, I can genuinely only recommend this place. The ladies that work here really know their stuff and make an effort to get to know you and your personal needs. I have never felt so cared for at a dentist before.Alex, did a great job with my cleaning. It never felt rushed.

I have had nothing but pleasant wonderful experiences with them. They are very pleasant and inviting to anyone walking through the door. They've been extremely attuned to my needs always asking if im ok during the procedure and any gesture i make they are on it. The initial appointment i had my daughter with me and they were very accommodating to her. They asked questions according to what I had said to them the last time, the first time i had expressed that my daughter was away for a couple weeks and they remembered she was coming back the next day after my appointment. Great feeling going into a place that normally people are afraid to go to. A warm welcome place to go. They explain things in lots of detail give you suggestions and lots of information about why that happens or how etc. Which I love. 5+++ rating from me. See you for my next cleaning.
