I never write reviews but, I would recommend units to everyone on Long Island! Moving is so stressful and UNITS made it so easy! Dan was extremely helpful and patient (as I called him So many times to make sure the dates were right and what I needed ) he reassured me every time and was extremely accommodating! Keith came to drop the pod and was very knowledgeable and gave us some good tips on how to pack it etc. when he came to pick up the pod so nice and personable! The pod itself was extremely clean literally like new! Just want to thank UNITS for making our move flawless and working with us thru everything. UNITS has been an absolute pleasure to use for renting an on-site storage unit. In my opinion not only was the cost the most reasonable in Suffolk County but delivery was prompt. They put the unit wherever I wanted. It was elevated enough to where it did not sit completely flat. This enabled my belongings to be free of any water/snow damage coming into the unit. Every time I called the phone was answered. I lost my key they helped me saw the lock off(not an easy task) I needed entry to my unit during a holiday and they stopped by and let in. They always worked hard to meet my schedule requirements. The delivery of the unit was seamless. They put real money into the robot that moves the unit it is amazing to watch. When we needed storage because we were doing some construction, I called around and found this local business -Units! They just opened. Everything is brand new. The price was terrific. They have a delivery system that puts it exactly where you want it. It maneuvers it into the tightest of spaces.
