Called and got the unit storage the next day. the unit was clean and water tight when it rained. Thier customer service was above a 5 star rating. We needed an extra day and they were willing to work with us. if you need a storage unit, this is the place to get one from.

I moved out of my house in June and didn't close on my new place until two months later so I needed a pod to store my belongings. At first, I thought pods would be too expensive but realized it costs the same and sometimes less than getting a storage unit at a specific location and this was much more convenient. Pod was clean and service was professional. Highly recommend and will use again if I ever need it.

UNITS Moving & Portable Storage Long Island provided the perfect solution to our moving needs. The containers arrived on time, the driver / delivery person was expert at placing them and the containers were like new and clean. They stored our containers at their indoor facility and when we needed them they were delivered to our new home on time with all items arriving in perfect shape. I never write reviews but, I would recommend units to everyone on Long Island! Moving is so stressful and UNITS made it so easy! Dan was extremely helpful and patient (as I called him So many times to make sure the dates were right and what I needed ) he reassured me every time and was extremely accommodating! Keith came to drop the pod and was very knowledgeable and gave us some good tips on how to pack it etc. when he came to pick up the pod so nice and personable! The pod itself was extremely clean literally like new! Just want to thank UNITS for making our move flawless and working with us thru everything. They are a great price for the service and reassurance you have when moving! Thank you!
