Evan was fantastic, and I can't recommend him enough.When I set up my first session with him, my plan was to meet with him about 3-5 times over a month or two to help get me familiar with what kind of strength training I should be doing, and to help me with my form.He was SO good, I ended up having working with him for well over a year. Honestly, I wish I could use him indefinitely. I'm not worried, though, as he taught me so much that I feel very confident on the path he set me down.If I had to single out a few things that I think set Evan apart, they would have to be:1 - He gets to know you and what you are hoping to accomplish. Then he dynamically sets up plan to help you meet those goals. He knows so much that he can make small or large adjustments to accommodate various issues you might have like range of motion concerns or minor injuries.2 - He doesn't just have you train, he TEACHES you how and why you are doing what you're doing. He helps you get to know your body, and helps you understand how and why everything works, so you can make adjustments on your own.3 - He's just a really kind, easy to talk to guy. Had to great time talking with him about everything ranging from family to sports to board games to music to vacations and pretty much everything in between during our brief downtime between sets (when he wasn't answering my numerous questions about the training we were doing that day).
