I am an experienced and seasoned lifter of 10+ years who follows a powerlifting routine. This gym has state of the art equipment designed for serious lifters but also flexible enough to support newcomers. Clean facilities, nice equipment, extremely kind and genuine owner, fantastic gym. Next time I return to Littleton I will be back!

I signed up for personal training last year with Alix, the owner and was so surprised how easy it was to stay committed because he really cares and wants the best for all his clients. I also needed a way to jump start my workouts after being away from the gym for several years. Alix crafted workout routines based on my current level of fitness and then monitored me to ensure I was doing the exercises properly. He also has a machine to help assess a person’s body that helped us monitor progress. I also like that there is a wide variety of exercises and different tools (such as the “slam ball”) to ensure a good workout is achieved every time. Alix provides superior personal customer service by continually checking in to ensure I am getting my sessions scheduled and holds me accountable. Besides the owner, my next favorite thing is the community that he envisions and creates for everyone. The community aspect is one that everyone is welcome at all fitness levels and there is always plenty of modifications and opportunity to get to know others in the smaller gym atmosphere with smaller classes and semi-private trainings coordinated by him with another gym member. Lastly, all of his classes are fun and great workouts! It is really an inspiring and supportive environment and I am grateful to be a part of it. I had lost some mobility in my shoulder due to a minor injury and I didn't think much of it but it did create a situation for me that required me to use two hands to reach the seatbelt and buckle up. After about 6 weeks of working out, it occurred to me one day that I was able to reach up and grab my seatbelt and buckle up with one arm in a seamless and easy motion. BIG BONUS that I never anticipated happening! This place is great and I appreciate Alix and his commitment to my health as well as to holding me accountable and reminding me that any improvement I see, is only magnified in my ability to help my family, friends, and clients. I have never had this experience when left on my own to work out at any other gym. I also really appreciate Alix's commitment to community and to our youth. Worked out at the Gym House this past weekend. The owners are very friendly and knowledgeable; they started this gym with a impactful vision to give the youth in the community a place to train and lift. The weight equipment is plentiful and the workouts are readily available on the mirrors throughout the gym.
