Looking to start or get back into exercise - Train716 is the place! Dave and staff are very welcoming and knowledgeable. He is very supportive and answers any questions I have. He is very dedicated and can tell that he loves what he does. If you are hesitant- Don’t be! They will make you feel at ease!!! No regret!!!

I have been working out at 716 for the past month after a long hiatus from the gym. The coaches are wonderful, they work with you and modify workouts as needed. The atmosphere is very welcoming and I enjoy going to the gym again!
Nice variety of exercise regimes, thoroughly explained. Always given an alternative when unable to perform exercise in routine. Friendly trainers, also very clean!! Win win !!

I’ve been at Train 716 for the last 6 weeks with very good results. The training/work outs are excellent. I appreciate the encouragement, diet coaching and communication Dave and his team provide , so much that I’ll be signing up for additional months .

These classes make working out so much more fun and enjoyable. Everyone there is so nice and motivating to each other. I’ve never felt so comfortable working out in a group setting before!
Love Dave and the staff at Train716! The workouts are so great and they target muscles all over that I forgot I even had. It's only been a few weeks but I'm seeing changes already. The high energy music keeps me moving and grooving too!!

I absolutely LOVE this gym! I went for a trial class, signed up for a 3 day membership that night, changed it to 4 days within a week and by the next week I signed up for unlimited classes! I LOOK FORWARD to each class. You definitely feel the burn with every class!

Dave creates workouts that can fit any ability level, he remembers each persons strengths as well as pains and helps to push you when needed or adjust to fit your needs.

The entire staff is incredible here! If you are looking for an environment where you are welcomed, look no further. When I first came here I said I would try it out for a month and see how I like it, well that was March of 2023 and I am still enjoying every class. The trainers will put a smile on your face while they are pushing you to your full potential. 10/10 would recommend you give it a try.

There were several main things I loved about this gym even before Dave & Kristi took over. #1) The workouts are challenging, and adaptable to people of ALL fitness levels. On one end, I've seen trainers give modifications for people with physical limitations. On the other end, I've watched trainers make the exercises harder for people that can clearly handle more of a challenge beyond what was shown in the demonstrations. #2) The environment is so friendly and welcoming to people of all backgrounds, ages, and fitness levels. It's really a great place to go to feel like you fit in. #3) They come up with the workout of the day for you and you don't have to think. You just go in and go beast mode, so you can maximize your day. The gym has become even better under Dave & Kristi's leadership. You can tell they are both extremely passionate about fitness and helping others achieve their goals, as well as creating a space that people feel comfortable in. Dave is an extremely present owner and greets every single member by name as they walk through the door. There is much less trainer turnover, mostly because Dave is almost always at the gym. He knows the strength limits of each member and has called me out to push myself harder (in a very non-intimidating way!) on many occasions when I knew I was definitely slacking. You can tell he is extremely knowledgeable about many workout moves and he always strives to help members with their form at all times. I've seen them invest in new equipment several times in the last year, which is something I didn't see much before. Dave, Kristi and Rob have created such a welcoming and fun environment. They know everyone's names and they always have smiles on their faces, even as they hand you heavier weights and crush us with tailored workouts that push us to our own personal limits! I’m just one week into the 6 week diet/training challenge and I already feel so much better. I’m a pretty active person but I hit the pandemic snacks and drinks pretty hard when I worked from home. I’m just one week into the 6 week diet/training challenge and I already feel so much better. I’m a pretty active person but I hit the pandemic snacks and drinks pretty hard when I worked from home. My goal is to lose ~15+ pounds. I am down four after the first week. The diet is easy to follow if you plan ahead and the HIIT workouts leave me tired and sore in the best way possible. Everyone is positive and kind. I’m looking forward to the next 5 weeks and hope to maintain the good habits I’ve established! Less

Motivating, targeted, results!
It was high energy and very effective. The employee's at the gym were great. It got you going and wanting to work hard. Everything is set up into stations so you move from one thing to another so you can give it your all because it's a short period of time and then you move around. It's very well structured.

Such a great experience! The 6 weeks was long and hard but the trainers and everyone at the gym make it so worth it! Started at 159 with 27% body fat and ended at 145 with 21.6%!

For a person who did not exercise much this 6 week challenge was amazing! The trainers, especially David really helped me think I could accomplish the challenge. I did it! A great sense of accomplishment, and a new mindset that if you put your mind to it, it will happen. If you are thinking about being healthy, they will help you get there.
Today had been exactly a week. I was waiting on Saturday but didn't do any of the classes or meal prepping until Monday afternoon. That being said I had a lot of work to do seeing as I was already behind two days. I am down 7 lbs. But I will say this isn't easy.....but nor should it be. my goal was to lose 10 lb in 3 weeks. I'm pretty confident I'm going to shoot for 15 and make it!!!!

Love this place! Everyone, from the trainers to the other members are encouraging and friendly. Workouts are tough but they make adjustments for you if you have injuries or need a lower level.

The workouts are an hour long and they go by so fast because the workouts are different everyday! Everyone is so supportive and give you great tips to excel in the program! They also have an amazing forum for you to ask any questions or concerns u have!

This was my first experience with circuit training. I found it rewarding. Instructors were friendly, knowledgable, and motivating. The facility and equipment was good. For those not experienced in introducing vigorous exercise to their routine, instructors probably should have emphasized that muscle soreness tends to subside after day three. This was my first experience with dieting and I found the diet plan to be generally balanced, achievable, and effective with only small variances required to accomodate my routine. I was surprised that I was seldom hungry. I was not surprised to find myself anxious to end the diet by week 5, so I'd say that the 6 week duration and 20 pound goal were pretty smart. Less
