We first contacted Hope about a year ago just to get a feel for the market. My husband's job relocated us everything 3 to 5 years. We were approaching the 4 year itch, but with no relocation in our future. She listened to us back then about what we were looking for, knowing we've always had corporate help. Fast forward to this Spring. Not really the time to try to buy, but knowing our neighborhood was highly sought after and we hit the 4 year mark, it just seemed to be the right time. We told her our parameters. After two showings she knew exactly what we were looking for. We got the first house we put an offer in on. She knew the tricks. She knew exactly how to get us where we needed to be. The constant communication was amazing. Walking us every step of the way from buying first and then selling, to lining up a mortgage company and lawyer for a 3-week closing date, to lining up contractors and cleaning crews. She provided us with a list of contractors for our new house. Checked in on us as we moved. Her genuine joy was a blessing to work with.

Working with Hope was a pleasure. We asked Hope to assist us in selling our house and she was extremely knowledgeable and professional. She went above and beyond what one might expect from a realtor. For example, we planned to make some needed repairs to the siding on the home, only to find out the siding was no longer manufactured. Hope actually spent hours calling all over the region and found us suitable material for the repairs… And this was for a smallish starter home-not a huge “McMansion” that would generate her a large commission. We highly recommend Hope for all your real estate needs!
