I had to come in today to get my braces tightened, and the whole visit honestly really smooth. the staff was gentle patient, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. They always take good care of me, and I appreciate how kind everyone is every time I come in.

I love this office dearly and Pretty much the whole staff here! Feels like Family.However, The lady who answers the phone is extremely rude. You can clearly hear her tone and attitude over the phone. I’m not sure if she was having a bad day and i’m also unsure of her name but she really needs to work on that when talking to patients.
