Kelly did an outstanding job with the purchase of our house in Richmond Hill this past June. Since we were moving to the area from out of state, we relied on Kelly heavily to help us find a house in a fantastic family friendly neighborhood and she knocked it out of the park. The first time I met Kelly from Trophy Point Realty Group was while standing outside the burnt remnants of our home. The acrid stench was overwhelming, and I had yet to fully process the situation. Arturo and his team did a great job selling my home in Ludowici. I was working on an odd timeline between my future departure for OCS and long hours at work. He met with me a few months before I wanted to list to recommend some maintenance items to help me achieve a higher resale value for the home, and during the selling process he made it as easy and lucrative as possible. We went under contract at full asking price within days. When that buyer asked for a price reduction after their inspection he was able to negotiate them down and we ended up closing on time at a date that worked perfectly for me. Cannot recommend him enough!

We are a military family who saw a home come on the market and fell in love with it immediately. We aren't local and due to scheduling constraints and my husband gone for training, we decided to make an offer sight unseen and called Kelly after she came highly recommended. Feeling confident in our purchase would not have been possible without Kelly's Facetime walk through, her attention to detail in pointing out things about the home (good and bad), her reliability and willingness to drive by the home for more photos or additional information, her care and concern for our wants vs needs and her HONESTY which I believe are huge in the world of real estate. She was so transparent and listened to us and didn't push us through a transaction just to make a sale.
