Called in to the Everton Hills store to get a quote for a tow bar and electric trailer brake. The team were great - pleasant, informative and helpful - and provided a quote there and then. When I booked an installation date they offered the options of doing this in-store or, for a reasonable extra cost, to install at my home. Their confirmation by email was almost instant and prior to the installation date I received email and text reminders. On the day they sent a text to advise the installer, Wayne, was on his way, and he arrived exactly at the pre-booked time. Installation was neat, quick and workman like (within 2 hours) and Wayne was thorough in showing and talking me through the installation and operation for both the tow bar and trailer brake. Wow, it's been a long time coming since I have had service as good as this. On time on the dot. The installer explained in simple English to what he was going to do to install the towbar. Quick, tidy and very polite. Even refused a cold drink on a hot day !. And to cap it off... The PRICE was right in comparison to the others. No answer , get a quote, you will only be pleased you did.
