What a wonderful experience this was from start to finish. Having for some time been looking for new barstools for our new kitchen we were faced with so many different sizes and shapes. Finding The Chair People was the start of a wonderful experience. Chatting with them about the size the stools needed to be and the colours I was looking for, they came up with recommendations on the model of the stools that would match my needs, and then arranged for several sample materials to be sent. Then Mike arrived in his van with several stools for us to do the bum test on, and we ended up choosing not our original favourite which proves trying them out is key. Off to production, and then another visit by Mike with our wonderful 4 stools.

Our second chair order was delivered by Mick, who is always a delight, and so informed and helpful Couldn’t be more delighted with our bedroom chairs! They are absolutely stunning! The chair people are literally the best company I have ever dealt with , both in terms of customer service ( Zowie will spend however long it takes, to find you the perfect fabric , style etc to suit your decor , and she is so experienced and knowledgable!) and also product, everything we have purchased has been such good quality and beautifully finished. Would highly recommend! X

If I could give more stars I would. This company is incredible, from start to finish the service I received from Zowie was exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble for her, even when I kept ordering more & more samples, as I just could not decide on a fabric suitable. They have the most amazing selection, so many choices. Zowie gave a timeframe for the end of August, placing your order May, seemed like a lifetime away, but my God they are worth the wait. Time flew & they were ready 10 days earlier than my date given. Outstanding service. They have arrived today, 9am on the dot as instructed by the fab Mike who kindly delivered them to me. They do exactly what they say on the tin. I cannot recommend The Chair People enough. What a superb company to deal with, this is rare these days. Being in business myself, you strive to give the personal touch when you’re a family owned business. I got this from The Chair People, Zowie you are amazing. Thank you again ❤️

I found ‘The Chair Peopls’ whilst scrolling through a used kitchen re-sale site who were able to tell me where the chairs I like came from. I contacted The Chair People and from start to finish they were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We even managed to organise a ‘Bum Test’ which prove to be the most useful addition to the service they provided.- we were sent numerous swatches of potential fabric to choose from and match with our colour scheme. Final decision made and the order placed. The chairs arrived and we were not disappointed - the quality and luxury of having counter stools that don&5 squeak or wobble and, most of all, are so comfortable too. From start to finish my experience with The Chair Company was straight forward and professional, yet friendly and personal - would highly recommend

I searched extensively for the perfect chairs and stopped when I found The Chair People. We found the choice available and the service second to none and the deal was clinched with a Bum Test visit!
