PT wasn't working, another chiropractor said - after many months' care - that he's done "all he could". During the year and a half that I've been a patient at Restoration Spinal Care, I've been needing adjustments about a third as often as I had for the previous three to four years before that, and my symptoms have continued to decrease notably during this time. My general health has improved steadily. Headache frequency has decreased from at least one a week to maybe one every few months, and the intensity has become noticeably less. Hip pain used to be extreme enough to keep me from short walks just down the block when it was flaring up. It has decreased to almost never now, and doesn't keep me from either walks or hikes. I had been gradually decreasing my swimming amount and times during the summer for the last ten years or so, due to chronic and increasing shoulder pain, and just figured that was something I should accept as a part of getting older. I had decided to be grateful that I could swim at all still, for the ten to fifteen minutes at a time that the shoulder was still letting me. This summer, when I swim, about once a week, it has been surprising to notice that the shoulder isn't limiting me. Twenty to twenty five minutes at a time is no problem, and pain doesn't stop me. A few times I've noticed that I've swum even longer than that, so much for that getting old idea. I've been healthier and happier and more active since being a patient at Restoration Spinal Care. I suffer from periodic migraines and have found Dr. Sherwood helps to minimize my symptoms with the NUCCA technique. I also on occasion suffer from sciatic pain and after my adjustment and some stretches given to me by Dr. Sherwood find it helps alleviate the pain much quicker and without the need for medication pain relievers.

Dr. Sherwood has taught me that Chiropractic Care is about getting our bodies to function to the best of their ability. By adjusting C1 not only did he resolve my sciatica but I have also have virtually no migraines which I never complained to him about. I had a severe neck injury due to JiuJitsu. I wasn't very hopeful trying out a Nucca doctor, and thought I'd have to suffer for the rest of my life. After 2 months, Dr Sherwood masterfully brought my neck completely back to normal. Very grateful and impressed, highly recommended!

Do not go here. Not covered by major insurance and they are some sort of hippie place. I have been a patient of Dr. Sherwood's for over 6 years now and this review is far overdue given how much he has helped me in that time! I found him on the internet while searching for help from chronic neck and shoulder pain. Given a stressful computer-intensive job and sports that keep me leaning forward, I have developed ongoing poblems in my neck and shoulders that have really only been helped through NUCCA chiropractic techniques that Dr. Sherwood performs. I have received traditional chiropractic care throughout my life but for this condition, in particular, I cannot say enough good things about how much Dr. Sherwood has helped me heal. Also, his office staff are all very friendly and upbeat so the whole experience of being in his clinic is a wonderful one! It is a long drive through a lot of traffic for me to get there but it is always worth it and I can feel the difference every time I go. In my experience, if you need help with computer neck/shoulder issues, Dr. Sherwood is the person to see!
