We were in need of replacing our basement window. We had contacted a few others but they were either a "no show" OR if they DID show up, we wouldn't hear from them again. We stopped looking for quite some time. We needed the window repaired before Winter as it was cracked/broken due to normal wear & tear. Prestige Renovation was referred to us. The call was made but, truthfully, we weren't sure what the outcome would be as we have had terrible experiences, thus far. Needless to say, Prestige Renovation exceeded our expectation. I am HUGE on "communication, punctuality, reliability & a job well done". Well this company does JUST THAT. Thalia makes it a point to communicate everything. She ensures things are operating smoothly. Greg arrived on time to assess the basement window, take measurement & provide the estimate. Thalia communicated with us to set a date. They arrived on time & did a wonderful job. Unfortunately, it began to rain & this team tied a plastic bag over top of the area in an attempt to continue working, however, the thunderstorm was too much so Greg boarded the window & returned the following day to complete it. Totally understandable. The fact that he tried to continue to work although it began to rain--was pretty impressive. Erika & Arlindo (spelling may be off) is a part of their team who worked on another project we needed done inside of our home. We needed the ceiling of our living room & basement repaired. They did an excellent job!! They made sure to cover our floors & furniture for protection--that included our daughter's urn. They were respectful of our home. They used a cool machine that minimizes the dust when doing this job. I mean, white dust still lingered around the house but NOTHING compared to it being sanded down by hand. Communication was excellent every step of the way and the job was delivered on time and on budget, even though the only days of rain in recent memory came in the middle of the job.
