Hit and miss. The atmosphere is great, especially on the patio. Their Bouillabaisse is easily amongst the best soups I've had. It was absolutely full of delicious seafood and the tomato-based soup was packed with flavour. The deep fried oysters are incredibly delicious. I especially loved the fresh tartar sauce that came with it. The oysters themselves were crispy on the outside, while still succulent and juicy on the inside. The fresh oyster tasted like it was straight from the sea, but unfortunately it was very small. I do not recommend the seafood Laksa. It had no flavour and was inauthentic. Likewise, the Pacific Rim bowl was very bland as well. This is very disappointing given their price, and I recommend staying away from the two dishes. I expected better and think that this restaurant should just focus on their core competencies instead of pushing flashy items for the sake of standing out. Less

We were reservations for a birthday and they left a little birthday card on the table, which was a nice touch. The food was great, and the service was decent. No real complaints. It was a bit dim the evening we were there, but nothing bad by any means at all. Worth a stop. Less

Used to love this place but the service has gotten astonishingly bad. Was in the other day and was seated right away (it was empty.) Our table waited far too long to get served while the server with freckles was just chatting at the bar. There were at least 3 things that got messed up with our ticket and we all ended up eating some variation things we didn’t order. One meal didn’t even get delivered till we asked about it. Didn’t get our drinks till after food was served (bartender was great though!) Had to ask for cutlery. While we told the busser not to worry about the food mistakes, no need to waste food, the server didn’t even acknowledge the errors, apologize, or make any adjustments to our bill. While the food was still good, the service really ruined our night. Shame that this place was lost its charm. Less
