Sycamore CrossFit is a great community of encouraging people who want to help each other get stronger and more fit, both physically and mentally.I have not "worked-out" in 20+ years. I delayed going here because I was afraid I was not "fit enough" to be in a gym, let along a CrossFit gym.The coaches have helped me scale the work-outs to my current ability, encouraging me to push a little further each time.In the 2 months I have been there, going three times per week, I have gained strength, flexibility and confidence I have not had in a very long time. I have a long way to go, but with the help of the Sycamore CrossFit team I am making progress.If you are on the fence, I encourage you to go. Make the decision and commit to being in a positive gym community. You won't regret it.

Since joining Sycamore CrossFit in November 2025, I’ve seen substantial improvements in my strength, mobility, and skill work. This progress is attributed to a well-run gym with experienced coaches who pay close attention to every member. The community here is outstanding. Members support each other and genuinely root one another on through tough workouts. Highly recommend!
