Outstanding service from EWP! The whole process from the initial contact to going through stringent itineraries to executing our wedding was perfect. Communication was superb throughout. We were always kept in the loop when it came to even the finest details and our endless requests (thank you Jaspreet!). EWP went above and beyond to ensure our wedding day was perfect. We booked East West for our wedding videography, and we couldn’t be happier. Across both days we had Harmeet, who was incredible, and truly went above and beyond to capture every special moment, ensuring nothing was missed. His attention to detail and creative vision truly made the video from the post-wedding shoot feel like a cinematic masterpiece and he turned around the social edits so fast so we could share it with all our vendors in real time. Harmeet was not only professional but also made us feel comfortable and at ease throughout the day, and it felt like shooting with friends. I would like to thank East West Photography from the bottom of my heart. After over a year of not being able to play my wedding video and chasing down my photographer and videographer to look into the issue, Gurvinder from East West fixed the problem and all my wedding video's onto USBS for me.Such honesty and professionalism from the team and I am forever thankful and grateful for coming across East West. And a very fast response time.I would highly recommend East West as they are very professional, understanding and very quick to respond to any issues or queries you may have.We cannot go back and change the Videographer and Photographer we had booked for our wedding and if I could go back and change this I would 100% book East West to do all my events. Going forward I know where I will be going for all photography and videography.I guess some companies out there could really learn a lot about customer service and responding back to clients.Planning weddings and functions can be stressful but post wedding should be, especially in our experience. There are not enough words to describe how amazing East West Photography were for our wedding celebrations. From the pre-wedding shoot to the pre-wedding party to the ceremony and reception, their professionalism and fun attitude made us feel at ease throughout the entire process. As people who don't particularly feel natural posing, with the photographers direction, all of that was eliminated. The team displayed so much patience and captured the best moments of all of our friends and family.Their channels of communication right from the start was amazing and kept us in the loop all the way through. I was able to email and message with any questions I had and they were prompt at getting back to me. They were all so approachable and friendly. They listened to what we wanted but we trusted them enough to have creative freedom as their talent is exceptional. You can see that they are passionate about what they do which makes all the difference. The guest book provided was stunning and the next day edit touched so many people's hearts when they watched it during the reception.We cannot thank the team more for everything they did for us during the wedding week. We are really looking forward to getting our photos and videos back to relive the days all over again, which would not have been possible without East West. We had heard a lot of great things about East west photography’s work and now I’ve been fortunate to witness it. They shot our Pre-shoot and Engagement ceremony in Arusha, Tanzania. Needless to say it was quite an experience to work with them. They made us feel comfortable and at ease the whole time. They captured each shot beautifully with attention to detail and looking through them teleports us back into that moment. A big shout out to Mr. Harbinder Soor and team for the amazing work.
