After over a year of not being able to play my wedding video and chasing down my photographer and videographer to look into the issue, Gurvinder from East West fixed the problem and all my wedding video's onto USBS for me. There are not enough words to describe how amazing East West Photography were for our wedding celebrations. From the pre-wedding shoot to the pre-wedding party to the ceremony and reception, their professionalism and fun attitude made us feel at ease throughout the entire process. As people who don't particularly feel natural posing, with the photographers direction, all of that was eliminated. The team displayed so much patience and captured the best moments of all of our friends and family. Their channels of communication right from the start was amazing and kept us in the loop all the way through. I was able to email and message with any questions I had and they were prompt at getting back to me. They were all so approachable and friendly. They listened to what we wanted but we trusted them enough to have creative freedom as their talent is exceptional. The guest book provided was stunning and the next day edit touched so many people's hearts when they watched it during the reception. We had heard a lot of great things about East west photography’s work and now I’ve been fortunate to witness it. They shot our Pre-shoot and Engagement ceremony in Arusha, Tanzania.
