This review is long overdue. I have been a member at Beast for seven months now and it has been nothing short of amazing. As a lifelong runner, working out was a solo sport led by self-motivation. Beast has provided a fitness family, workout variety, and a return of joy in exercise. I can’t say enough good things about Beast. I’m thankful every day that I joined!

I started at Beast Fitness May of 2026. In just five months, I have become so much stronger physically and mentally. I did my first DEKA competition and about to run my first half marathon thanks to their classes and coaches. Besides the training, the gym is such a great community, we encourage each other and push each other to get stronger 💪

Michelle was one of my coaches at another gym before I moved out of New York in 2022. While I was away, she opened Beast Fitness, and when I moved back to New York in 2026, signing up was one of the first things I did!I’ve been going to Beast Fitness for about three months now, and I can honestly say I’ve found my place. The community is amazing, the coaches are awesome, and there’s such a positive and supportive energy every time you walk through the door.It feels good to be back training with Michelle and to now be part of the Beast Fitness family. If you’re looking for a gym where you’ll feel welcomed, challenged, and supported, I definitely recommend Beast Fitness! 💪🏽❤️

Beast Fitness in Bellmore has completely gotten me back on track! Their small group classes are exactly what I needed to stay consistent. The coaches are incredibly motivating, and the community is fantastic everyone is so friendly and we are all working toward the same goals. A huge bonus for me is their early morning class schedule. It can be so hard to find a gym with those early hours, but it perfectly accommodates my busy routine. Highly recommend!

This gym has completely changed my mindset, my strength, and my confidence. From the coaches to the atmosphere, everything here pushes you to become better every single day. The workouts are challenging in the best way possible, and even on the hard days, the energy in the room motivates you to keep going.I started here wanting to lose weight and get stronger, but I gained so much more than that — discipline, endurance, and a community that truly supports each other.A special shoutout to Michelle because she is AMAZING. She’s always pushing me to be better, stronger, and to keep going even when I feel like dying 😂. Every class I hear her yelling “Caroooo let’s gooo!!” and somehow that gives me the energy to keep moving jajaja. Her motivation and support truly make such a difference.Liz, the nutrition coach, is also incredible!! She really helped me with a nutrition guide she provided and gave me helpful tips that have supported me throughout my weight loss journey. And coach Dallas!! My Dominican friend 😂 I love how funny he is and the playlists he uses during workouts, they seriously make the classes even better and keep everyone hyped the entire time.If you’re looking for a gym that will transform you physically and mentally, this is the place. Best decision I made this year. 💪🔥
