We had the estimate done and we scheduled the day to do the job. On that day I texted him when he was late and he told me he was not coming. No prior warnings. No apologies. I rescheduled many things to be able to be home etc. If he would have even notified me the day before it would have been fine but this is not ok.

Tom did an excellent job replacing a light fixture and installing /replacing flooring that was wrecked by a dog. He was thorough, cleaned up everything and wouldn't settle for anything less than perfection with his work.
