It seemed like it wasn't going to happen at first, there was an investment firm wanting to buy it, but she came through, doing everything she could to get our offer accepted. Then, it was a lot of stress getting this property to close because of the lender we chose to work with. She never gave up on us, reassured the seller, was able to extend our contract 3 times, and did everything she could to make sure it closed on time. Not only that, she was so helpful and friendly answering all my questions and concerns about running this type of a rental, being that she has her own personal experience. She referred me to great people for insurance, property management etc. I felt like I was her only client, the way she was so easy to get a hold of and always returned my messages right away.
