I cannot recommend BFAST fitness highly enough! Jamie and Sophie are excellent coaches - highly knowledgable, professional and full of enthusiasm. I cannot recommend BFAST Fitness highly enough. If you are considering giving them a try, just go ahead, you won’t regret it. Jamie, Sophie and Vy are excellent coaches. They know exactly how and when to push to make sure members get the most benefit out of every single session. The programmes are expertly planned and changed regularly so are never dull and always challenging. They consider our individual goals and will adapt and tweak the sessions to help us work towards these. I promise you, these guys really know their stuff! There is a real sense of community in the gym that is entirely different to any ‘commercial’ gym that I’ve been a member of previously. The coaches set a tone and that filters down through the members - BFAST is welcoming, supportive, and great fun. No egos and never intimidating. Ultimately a great place to train with fab coaches!
