I traveled a long distance for the care and although the front staff was very kind and Keifer allowed for me to feel heard, the NUCCA adjustments did not help my neck and shoulder issues. However my appointments consisted of being placed on the adjustment chair and having the doctor brush what felt like a feather lightly by my ear, and then tell me I was done with the adjustment without even laying a hand on me.
