Terrible at leak detection, and even worse at plumbing.. they also have zero consideration for the fact that they've left holes in my walls for 3 months now to fix a pipe, that is still leaking today. It would almost be comical if it wasn't so inconvenient. Can't recommend.

I'm amending my review. It's not everyday that a company will go out of their way to make a customer happy but that is what Leakfind did. They sent someone out again and he found my leak. I'm happy now. My apologies for my cynicism in my earlier review. There are some decent humans left after all. The guys you sent today were awesome. Thank you so much, you'll never know how much it meant that you did this for me. You have restored my faith in humanity.

Leakfind was appointed by Echelon Insurance to assess a blockage at 1 of my houses, within an hour I was called to arrange a time for them to assess. After assessing, I was then informed that a drain cleaning company is needed & without me having to do any searches, they referred Drain Clean24 who arranged an appointment for the next morning. The communication from Leakfind was awesome, I received 5 calls from them before & after the assessment as they were working to make arrangements to resolve the issue. Drain Clean24 also timeously called & the communication was great. The issue was resolved & I received a detailed report. I appreciate Leakfind's service because before Leakfind was appointed for this job, a different plumbing company was & it was bad.

Can't find any leaks in the vicinity of water damage so blames the bath 2-3 meters away with 0 indication of water damage around it because that's easier than doing your job just to appease the insurance company. Would not recommend. But what does that matter, by the looks of things they'll just alter their name.
