Overall experience was good. There is room for improvement in their scheduling communications though. I had to reschedule our installation due to a last minute event and we initially postponed it by one day. But the technician didn't show on that day and there was no prior notice about this. My parent had set aside time to be there. Instead we were rescheduled for a week later. The installation itself was done well. It took the guys a bit longer than expected for a relatively straight forward back to back installation but overall was ok. Would have been 5 stars if not for lack of communication.Edit: changed to 5 stars
