I wanted to add a second controller to my ducted aircon for another room, i engaged 2 other aircon technicians who both said could not be done as the system is already in,and should of been set up with a seperate controller from the start. I was then recommended Moustafa from Airflow. I now have a seperate controller in the other room , all done and fitted with no issues and done in a professional manner. I highly recommend Moustafa from Airflow, especially if you have been told something cant be done, he has gone above and beyond to make it happen, and would definitely use again, thank you Moustafa and the team from Airflow.

Overall experience was good. There is room for improvement in their scheduling communications though. I had to reschedule our installation due to a last minute event and we initially postponed it by one day. But the technician didn't show on that day and there was no prior notice about this. My parent had set aside time to be there. Instead we were rescheduled for a week later. The installation itself was done well. It took the guys a bit longer than expected for a relatively straight forward back to back installation but overall was ok. Would have been 5 stars if not for lack of communication.Edit: changed to 5 stars

Below is a message I received from my tenants after the air conditioning unit was cleaned by the team at Airflow. The aircon had recently been flooded from a blocked storm water drain and they were complaining of a moldy smell when it was turned on.
