Sabrina is such an amazing coach/owner! She’s not only knowledgeable in all things CrossFit, but she has a vast knowledge in pre/postpartum care for women. When you walk into Ambrose you are greeted with a warm smile by everyone and a fun workout environment. My husband and I love going to Ambrose to work out.

I pop in every time I visit Reno for work, and this place is definitely one of the greats. Super supportive, great workouts, a great place to just drop in from out of town. If I lived here, I would definitely be a member. Thank you guys, looking forward to my next visit!

Classes are fun, but challenging. Sabrina is a great coach. She is super friendly, motivating, and will kick your butt. Looking forward to the next workout.
