AC&R has worked with our company over the past year on multiple projects. Their level of excellence and professionalism goes unmatched. Chris is a wonderful GC, with a team of contractors who are top tier. As the project manager of multiple renovations we have worked on together, I have learned a tremendous amount, as Chris is a wealth of knowledge pertaining to the construction industry. He is very responsive, a strong communicator, and is always timely. Additionally, the quality of both he and his team of contractors work, is exceptional. In closing, and important to mention - Chris is kind, honest, fair, and a person of integrity. I believe this is the foundation of running a good, successful business. Thank you Chris, for everything. We appreciate you, those who work with you, and all you have done to see our projects through.

Chris is a man you can absolutely trust. He’s done a lot of work around my house over the years, and many of those times were when I wasn’t even home. He somehow always knows exactly how to fix whatever problem is stumping me, and gets the job done faster than I’d have thought possible. I’d refer my Mom to him if she lived here, for real.

Chris knows his stuff, is very friendly and one of the hardest workers I've ever encountered. We entrusted him with the keys to our property while we needed a job done and he not only did what he said he would, but left the palce cleaner than he found it. He's now our go-to guy for our rental property. Highly recommend him for any kind of construction job, whether it's fencing, a bathroom remodel or a new deck. He found a customer for life in us!

I contracted Chris to work on multiple projects, including putting in a new shower, multiple bedroom remodels, and the reconstruction of a fence. Everything Chris puts his hand to turns out great!
