After months of receiving quotes from some of the areas most reputable turf and landscape companies, we almost decided not to install turf. The issues did not lie in the cost of our project, it was merely the lack of customer service. Just before we were about to throw in the towel, a colleague and dear friend suggested Houston’s Landscape. After checking all the boxes, my final question was, “How was the customer service, and overall experience?” My friend described the Owner/Landscape Tech Austin Houston as “Solid.” Being like-minded, the word solid carried a lot of weight when he described Austin. It was settled, we were back with high hopes. When we finally contacted Austin, he was on vacation and scheduled to complete a large project up his return. Austin remained in contact with us about our project until we scheduled a date for him to stop by for a quote. Within the first 30 minutes, we made the decision to move forward with Austin and Houston’s Landscape. I highly recommend Houston’s Landscaping and the work that they do. We had a piece of our driveway concrete dug up due to some irrigation issues we were having. It was not a large area, and because of that a lot of other businesses that we got quotes for gave us a high price because it was such a small area or said it was not worth their time. They were able to match our concrete very well considering the original parts of our driveway had been weathered and changed over the few years it was there. I looked around a while for a company to do a curb in my front yard, Houston’s was recommended and I could not be more happier with the work. I would like to give a shout out to Houston’s Curbing and Landscaping for the wonderful job that was done to my flower bed. Austin was on time, very professional and made sure my project was done to perfection. Any questions I had, he was right there to answer them. After he completed the project, he cleaned up around my home. I appreciate that. As you can see, he put down new River rocks with stepping stones that lead to my water hose on the side of my home.
