Owner showed up on time to prepare our quote. The pricing was in line with other quotes I received and more competitive than a few of the others.The Garage Force owner said the job would take 2 days and all work was completed as promised in 1.75 days. Owner was on site both days and his crew work diligently and professionally. They took the time to “redo” a couple of spots that were not up to his standards after initial curing process. Communication of the entire process was very good. I would highly recommend Garage Force and Jeff to anyone in the future.

Jeff responded quickly after I submitted for an estimate. He explained the process and sent a link to a video of the process. The quote was reasonable, compared to the other quote I received. The job was clean and neat, and the garage floor looks great! Several of my friends came during the job and spoke with Jeff about getting their garage floor done. One friend got a quote several days after. The other friend is very interested in getting his floor done little later in September.

Jeff was very detail oriented right from the beginning. He took his time to help me understand the process and alleviate any concerns I had about a December installation. We moved into our house 15 years ago and the garage has been on our list of projects since then. 40+ years of Rochester winters, salt, water, freezing and thawing, and chemicals took a toll on the floor of our garage and no amount of sweeping, vacuuming or power washing made any significant difference. This year we decided the time had come to deal with it. We shopped around a couple of local places and Jeff knocked it out of the park with his courteousness, responsiveness, and answering any and all questions I had about the process.
