I booked a deep clean and WOW! In two hours they had my place absolutely spotless. They were efficient, accommodating, and VERY good. I’ve been home for hours and haven’t found a single thing they missed. Based on this first experience, I will be booking their team again for future cleaning and highly recommend.

Hired Bee Friends to do a move out clean at my mother’s house. There were 3 cleaners (one had an infant with her). I was called part way through the job and was told I would need to pay more for them to complete the job. So I was charged $700. I will start by saying that the crew was pleasant and friendly. They did do a good job on the refrigerator, stove and bathrooms, although I did need to take a pumice stick to get the hard water deposits out of the toilets.When I arrived at first glance it looked fine as the floors were still wet, but when I went back the next day to meet the carpet cleaners the floors were all smeared, like they just took a wet dirty mop and moved it around. When the carpet cleaners came they had to revacuum the rugs and get the edges with the crevice tool. Which was supposed to be part of the package. They brought all of this to my attention. They couldn’t believe I had just paid for a deep clean. See the picture of what they pulled out with their vacuum. When I inspected further I realized the counters had not been cleaned. I had to steam mop all the floors and clean the counters.I was messaging them during this process to express my disappointment and was given an offer for them to come back, but it was too late. I had the carpet people there and the photographer was coming to take pics for the listing. They would not agree to compensate me for lack of a complete job. I would not recommend this company for a move out or deep clean. The house was in need of a good cleaning, but it was mostly surface dirt and dust. What you would expect after an elderly couple moved out. They will lead you to believe it was more than that, but I assure it was not. I have plenty of before pictures to prove it! NOT HAPPY WITH THIS COMPANY!

I’m really happy with the service from this cleaning company. They showed up on time, were super friendly, and did an amazing job. Everything was spotless and smelled great when they were done. You can tell they care about the quality of their work. I’ll definitely be using them again and recommending them to others.
