Watertight Homes were fantastic from start to finish for our wall ties, lateral supports, lateral restraints and crack stitching. We had a tough house purchase with various structural issues and retentions put in place. I contacted Mathew and explained our situation and he was brilliant, extremely patient with my 1000’s of phone calls and reassured me they could get the work done and within the banks instructed timeframe. The work has just been completed and we are so very pleased. Stuart was also brilliant, keeping us informed at every turn and working solidly every day to ensure everything was exactly how we needed it. Both Mathew and Stuart came out pre job and went over where all the work would be completed, marking everything out. Came when they said and left everything tidy. Would highly recommend. Brilliant. Thank you
